Hyatt Regency West Hanoi has one year anniversary – Guests enjoy healthcare programs while staying

It has been one year since Hyatt Regency West Hanoi (36 Le Duc Tho, My Dinh 2, Nam Tu Liem, Ha Noi) opened in Nam Tu Liem district, Hanoi.
The hotel opened on October 10 last year. They have twenty-one floors hotel building and twenty-five stories service apartments. This one is the third hotel that Hyatt group runs in Vietnam. At the same time, this is the first opening in Hanoi. Since opening, the entire hotel building has been provided for quarantine stays for business travelers and flight attendants arriving in Hanoi. Marcom Manager Bui Ngoc Linh says “It was a tough period when we opened this hotel but it may have increased the value of the big brand that our group is aiming for.”
For guests staying while their quarantine, they offer fourteen days challenges that contain one challenge such as yoga, exercise, quiz, crosswords, coloring books, and papercraft as one of the wellbeing programs.
As online programs, the hotel also has; Games and quizzes where guests can play with other players and have prizes for the winners; Livestream lessons in partnership with California Fitness and yoga; and Archives where visitors can choose their own lessons at any time. There is also be regular exercise time. The hotel staffs work with guests in the garden that can be seen from the room when they exercise in the room.

Well-being activities will continue for the physical and mental health care of our visitors even after the hotel returns to normal business.”
