Vietnamese restaurant in Hanoi has four year anniversary – Offering hot pot set and local cuisine

Vietnamese restaurant in Hoan Kiem district, Bep Quan (10 Tho Nhuom, Cua Nam, Hoan Kiem, Ha Noi, TEL 1900636932) had four year anniversary on December 22.
Chef named Thai, who was used to work at a famous 5-star hotel, opened this restaurant in 2017 to express passion for Vietnamese food in the own restaurant. The restaurant became popular and opened two branches in Hoan Kiem, one in Cau Giay and the other one in Ba Dinh in a total of four years.
The first restaurant which had four year anniversary this time is three stories building. There are 12 tables, and 4 private rooms for 10 to 15 people. In addition, they can accommodate 160 customers in total. The restaurant expresses the traditional town in Hanoi by decorating marble tiles, lanterns, and carved partition walls. The name of the restaurant is the mixed word of Bep (kitchen in Vietnamese) and Quan (store in Vietnamese). Thai says “We named this restaurant Bep Quan to be like home dining with tasty dishes.”
The menu includes; Boiled chicken with more than 30 kinds of herbs (290,000 VND/chicken); Herbal chicken hot pot (568,000 VND); Charcoal-grilled “Chau Doc” (218,000 VND) from the Mekong Delta region, where minced beef is wrapped in lemongrass and shaped like a sausage; “Vi Bep” (2,285,000 VND) which is assorted deep-fried shimeji with passion fruit sauce, grilled fish, salad with beef and Vietnamese vegetables.
Nguyen Hoang Long who works at the PR office says “Our restaurant became the place where customers enjoy Vietnamese cuisine. Vietnamese food is a diverse and unique world with its tastes and personalities in each region. We have a passion to keep learning, researching, and creating so that customers can enjoy encountering new Vietnamese food.”
Opening hour is 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. The restaurant also offers the delivery option.
