Four-star resort hotel opens in Hanoi – All guest room has balcony that guests can enjoy city view

It has been one month since the four-star hotel, 22Land Residence Hotel (50 Truong Cong Giai, Dich Vong, Cau Giay, Ha Noi) has opened in Cau Giay district, Hanoi.
The hotel opened on January 8. It features a four-sided glass wall and a wooden lattice appearance. The building is seven stories and has 72 guest rooms for both long and short stays. There is an Asian-European restaurant, 22Land Residence, and café, Chill’n Feel Coffee on the first floor. On the first basement floor, a hot spring for male guests that has a 100 square meters area is available.
The hotel has seven types of guest rooms; Deluxe (22 square meters); Superior (28 square meters); Junior Suite (30 square meters); Luxury Studio Bungalow (40 square meters); Luxury 1 Bedroom Apartment (50 square meters); Family Room (58square meters); Luxury Double Room Apartment (90 square meters).
The accommodation fee is from 699,000 VND for one night and from 1,050,000 VND for family type. The fee includes breakfast at the café, two drinks, a hotspring, and parking.
All rooms have a balcony (sun deck) where guests can see the city. In addition, some rooms have a bathtub that is made of stones, and visitors can see the night view from there. The window that is full of natural light, and interior furniture are designed imaging resort in the Mediterranian sea.
The CEO, Bui Viet Dung says “Guests can spend peaceful time since our hotel is 5km apart from the city center. We hope visitors use here not only for tourism but also business trips.”
