French and Vietnamese restaurant opens in Hanoi – Customers enjoy more than 600 bottles of wine

It has been three months since the French and Vietnamese restaurant, La Table Hanoia (3F, Press Club Building,12 Ly Dao Thanh, Hoan Kiem,Ha Noi) opened in Hoan Kiem district, Hanoi.
The restaurant opened on December 17. They offer fusion cuisine based on French and Vietnamese dishes. There is a bar counter in the center of the restaurant and they store more than 600 bottles of wine.
They have 14 seats at the counter and 28 tables and can accommodate approximately 100 customers. The feature is the interior design decorated with sophisticated craft art, and a traditional rattan partition in Chuong My Village is set up near the entrance. The half-split pipe-shaped decorative beams that decorate the ceiling are made by applying 15 layers of lacquer and polished to give them a glossy appearance. The central bar counter, which glows green, was made using 2241 bottles of liquor.
The menu includes; Marinated shrimp with garlic & truffle mayonnaise; Grilled beef with duck liver and pork fat (more than 240,000 VND); Boiled pork with herbs; Lemongrass-flavored roast pork roll (more than 150,000 VND); and Creamy soup of chestnuts with black truffles and pheasant (650,000 VND). For drinks, they offer; Red wine, Sangre de Toro (Cabernet Sauvignon) (150,000 VND/glass, 750,000 VND/bottle); White wine, 2020 Sangre de Toro Verdejo (185,000 VND/glass, 920,000 VND/bottle); and Fruit juice with honey (130,000 VND).
The person in charge says “Customers have a good time with professional service and luxury interior design. It’ll be pleased customers come here with lovers, friends, and colleagues. No need to say, single guests, and visitors who come to our restaurant for the first time are more than welcome.”
