It will be three months since the Japanese grocery store, Akuruhi Hanoi (70 Linh Lang, Cong Vi, Ba Dinh, Ha Noi, TEL 090-469-7108) in Ba Dinh district started offering its online service soon.
The physical store opened in 2001. On February 7, they have been running the shop for almost 20 years and decided to offer an online store. The store manager Linh says “We wanted to open a convenient online store that Japanese customers can use easily.” There is Japanese product such as seafood, grocery, beverages, alcohol, daily goods, and fresh Vietnamese food at the store.
Also, the store offers more than 5000 items that are available both at the shop and online store. Customers can buy ingredients that are indispensable for Japanese cuisine, which is difficult to obtain in Vietnam. In addition to introducing seasonal special features on the online store, they also post products that have just arrived. Orders can be accepted by phone, and shop staff who speak Japanese will handle both deliveries.
The main products are; Japanese spicy cod roe (226,800 VND for M size/2 slices), Kyushu Oden seasoning maker, Fundokin’s yuzu kosho (condiment paste made from yuzu zest and chili peppers) (149,500 VND); Kibun’s Oden hot pot set (136,000 VND for 440 grams pack includes chikuwa, happen, fried balls and soup stock); Akuruhi PB (private brand) new product “Unagi Kabayaki” (280,000 VND). The store plan to collaborate with other companies and seasonal events and they will inform on social media.
Miura who is in charge of the net supermarket, says, “We deliver products to a wide range of customers including those who live far from Ling Lanh street. Our delivery service is suitable for various types of purchase such as one product, purchase by the box and heavy stuff.
