Kushiage Ikeda opens in Hanoi – Freshly deep-fried Japanese style food fascinates customers

Japanese restaurant, Kushiage Ikeda (So 2 Ngo 3 Phan Ke Binh, Cong Vi, Ba Dinh, Ha Noi) opened in Ba Dinh district, Hanoi on June 4.

The restaurant offers Kushiage dishes fried in a live cooking station. Kushiage is a Japanese deep-fried dish. The owner also runs another Japanese restaurant, Washoku Ikeda in the same district. They offer signature Kushiage dishes and various types of food and tapas. The restaurant manager, Mirai Ikeda says “We are specialists of Kushiage. Customers will be aware of it if they come here.” The restaurant is a two-story building with 8 counter seats, 6 tables, and 2 private rooms. The interior uses dark brown wooden material to express professionalism.

Customers can enjoy various types of Kushiage such as asparagus (40,000 VND) and shrimp (55,000 VND). Besides, the restaurant also offers side dishes such as Shrimp gratin (110,000 VND) and Miso flavored stew (125,000 VND). They recommend mixed spirit drinks with lemon or perilla flavors as well.

Ikeda says “Customers can enjoy deep-fried Kushiage at a relaxing space here. We would like to beloved restaurant by locals, like Washoku Ikeda.”

Opening hour is from 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. (11:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday) Closed on Tuesday.
