Sky lounge at Mizumi Westlake

It will be six months since the Japanese fusion restaurant Mizumi Westlake opened in Tay Ho district, Hanoi. The address is Level 13-15, Tower B, Fraser Suites, 51 Xuan Dieu, Tay Ho District, Ha Noi.

The restaurant opened on the top floor of the service apartment named Fraser Suites Hanoi. BIM group which develops resorts and entertainment runs this restaurant. The name of this restaurant is derived from the west lake where visitors can see from the sky lounge. Danny Yong who has more than 20 years of experience in terms of Japanese cuisine serves European fusion Japanese dishes.

There are painting under the theme of traditional Japanese dye inside the restaurant. Visitors can see wooden decorations such as tables and lamps. Inside the restaurant are three private rooms (1 for 8 people and 2 for 14 people). The restaurant is available for groups of 5 to 36 people. Sky lounge space with swimming pool is also suitable for private parties for up to 120 guests. The sushi counter seats up to 10 people, and the teppanyaki counter seats up to 16 people.

The menu includes assorted sushi and sashimi (from 6.5 million VND), teppanyaki course (from 1,899,000 VND), Hawaiian-style salad “Mizuumi poke salad” (280,000 VND), and “Wagyu beef”. Steak” (1.2 million VND), lunch set with rice, udon, sushi, etc. (from 150,000 VND). In addition, we will prepare a la carte dishes such as grilled food, fried food, skewers, sake, and cocktails inspired by Japanese “wabisabi”.

The opening hour is from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Sky lounge is available from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (opening hour is by 12:00 a.m. on Friday and Saturday)
