It has been two months since Hakata Koryu (106 Trung Hoa, Cau Giay, Ha Noi, TEL 0988964440) opened its second shop in Cau Giay district, Hanoi.

They opened their first shop in Ba Dinh district seven years ago. This time, the restaurant decided to open its second shop in Cau Giay because it is more convenient for customers to come. Their new shop is 2nd story building and its size is 400 square meters. They used a lot of wooden materials to create Japanese-modern style designs. The shop has 30 tables and 6 counter seats with lanterns and can accommodate 120 customers.

The menu includes Hakata tonkotsu ramen(130,000VND) made from pork bone and special soy sauce, Salted tonkotsu ramen (130,000VND), Black ramen (150,000 VND) with a home-made garlic-flavored special oil, and Red ramen (150,000VND) with home-made seafood oil and pork soup. Customers can choose the hardness of the noodle, the taste of the soup, and toping (20,000 VND to 40,000 VND).

They also offer drinks such as oolong tea, coke (30,000 VND), apple juice (35,000 VND), and Sapporo drafted beer (60,000 VND). Customers can order food on Now-app.

Nguyen Van Hung, who is the shop owner said “We offer real Hakata taste ramen with special soup and sauce. Hakata ramen is actually brand-new cuisine for Vietnamese. It might be a bit strong taste for the first time, but customers can choose taste precisely. We are looking forward to seeing customers.”

Opening hours: 11:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
