Home-style French restaurant in Hanoi offers their authentic cuisine by delivery
Roast chicken at Bistro Matsu
Bistro Matsu (41 Ngo 12 Dao Tan, Cong Vi, Ba Dinh, Ha Noi), a home-style French restaurant in Ba Dinh district, Hanoi stopped eat-in and started offering their authentic dish by delivery on 26th May.
The restaurant offers home-style French cuisine cooked by an anhydrous cooking pot. Due to the COVID-19 situation, they shifted to delivery style. They are willing to receive any requests from customers. It is also available to order Ramer from Ramen Matsu, which is their sister restaurant. They receive orders by LINE(@bistromatsu) or Capichi, which is the delivery website.
Their menu includes stewed chicken and vegetables with tomato cream (180,000 VND), French roasted chicken (290,000VND), foie gras bowl that is the combination of pilaff and sautéed foie gras and mushroom, and pork ramen (soy sauce, salt, and miso, 160,000VND).
Kazuyuki Matsumoto, who is the chef and the owner said “Our restaurant has private space for both small and big groups, but we will close until the end of lockdown. However, we try to do our best to deliver our cuisine in this emergency situation. We are looking forward to receiving orders from our customers.”
Opening hours: 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. (11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m, and 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m on Saturday and Sunday)
