Ari Mochi, Japanese dessert shop opens in Hanoi – Offering authentic products using Mochi

It has been one month since Ari Mochi (16 Lo Su, Hoan Kiem, Ha Noi, TEL 0986653726 & 0945775123) which offers Japanese dessert opened in Hoan Kiem district, Hanoi.
The shop opened on June 1. Ngo Thi Thuy Linh, who is the owner had been working in the dessert industry in Vietnam. Her work included delivering ingredients to Vietnam snack chain shops. Her understanding of the needs for the market made her decision to open the Japanese dessert store. The name of the shop is the mixed word of “Ari (ants in Japanese)” which symbolizes diligence and attentiveness, and Japanese mochi.
The size of the store is 60 square meters. They have 6 tables for 8 people and can accommodate 35 customers in total. The logo of the shop uses red color to present passion and Japanese style. Ngo said, “We wanted to make a friendly and comfortable space for young people using white color and wooden patterns. ”
The menu is Dessert with boiled sweet red beans, green bean mocha, tapioca, and shredded coconuts (25,000 VND); Dessert with boiled sweet red beans, black sesame dumpling, white tapioca, and coconut milk (30,000 VND); Grilled pork mochi ( 25,000 VND), and; Grilled mochi with red bean curd (20,000 VND).
Besides, the store has a rich lineup of drinks and ice cream. They have Tea with white beans, red beans, white tapioca, and mochi (35,000 VND); Lemongrass tea with chia seeds (35,000 VND); six flavored ice creams such as red beans and green tea, pumpkin, soy milk (15,000 VND / each).
Ngo said, “We make every mochi wholeheartedly and hope our customers enjoy authentic Japanese dessert.”
Opening hours: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. The parking lot is for 5 cars, 1 motorbike. The store also receives orders by phone and smartphone app such as Grab food and Now, then delivers them to customers.
