Ikeda Mirai who has 18 years of experience as a Japanese chef opened this restaurant. Ikeda said, “10 years ago, I’d never imagined that I open my own restaurant.” He wanted to offer Japanese dishes that are rarely available to eat in Hanoi. In addition, opening this place was the big one step during the corona pandemic time.

The name of this restaurant is derived from his family name. This idea gives a tip for customers to imagine this place is owned by Japanese. They have 8 counters, 4 tables, 2 private rooms, and 2 half-private rooms and can accommodate 56 customers in total. Inside is authentic Japanese design to make customers imagined luxury restaurants. In addition, whoever visits here can sit down in a calm space. At the counter table, customers closely can see that chefs cook.

The menu includes Charcoal-grilled chicken (130,000VND), which is marinated with home-made celery salt and slowly cooked with charcoal; Deep-fried fava beans and onions (90,000VND), which makes the best use of the sweetness of fava beans and onions; Boiled asparagus with home-made mayonnaise (90,000VND); and Osaka udon (160,000VND), that you can enjoy the rich umami flavor of bonito broth and beef.

They also offer Special lemon sour (Sours are mixed drinks containing a base liquor, sweetener, soda, or tea.); and Green tea sour (90,000VND). Besides, they will offer set menus of tempura and sushi, which is served only at counter tables soon.

Ikeda said “We hope our restaurant to be loved by customers. Whoever visit here can enjoy excellent dining experience by individuals and with friends, lovers, colleagues, client, and families.”
