Vietnamese bistro Le Gout de Gia in Hanoi resumes take away and delivery

Le Gout de Gia (12 Le Phung Hieu, Hoan Kiem, Ha Noi, TEL 0896682996) which is a French-Vietnamese bistro restarted take away and deliver since September 22.
The restaurant opened on July 1 and is run by Gia restaurant. They are the company that owns two luxury Vietnamese restaurants in Hanoi. All restaurants closed due to governmental decisions for a while. However, the local authorities eased the restriction and allowed the resumption of take-away and food delivery from restaurants since September 21.
The inside area is still closed but the restaurant has 20 tables, 5 seats at the counter, and can accommodate 60 customers in total. Nguyen Hai Anh, who works at the PR office says “The basic concepts of design are familiarity and comfort. We decorated here with Vietnamese traditional flower tiles that give neoclassic and Asian nostalgic atmosphere.”
The menu includes Prosciutto (90,000VND); Hummus (150,000VND) with chickpeas paste and mushrooms/chicken; Appetizer such as spring rolls with duck (100,000VND); Main dishes that customers can choose from duck, lamb, fish, and pork (230,000VND to 340,000VND); Pasta with anchovy and parmesan cheese; Pasta with meatballs and tomato sauce(180,000VND to 210,000VND).
Nguyen also comments “We use modern cooking techniques as a new approach to Vietnamese cuisines. We would like to offers cuisine not only focus on technical parts but also warm-hearted specials.”
Opening hours: 11:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Close on Mondays. Customers can order by phone calls and Facebook.
