They have 9 tables and can accommodate 30 customers in total. For the interior, they use natural materials such as bamboo and trees. Nguyen comments “The design is based on warm yellow color. It is minimal Japanese style.” The name of the store is derived from “once again” in Japanese. Nguyen also adds “We named after this restaurant as MŌICHI because we wish our café to be the place where our customers would like to come again.”
The café makes pancakes every time they receive orders from their customers. Therefore, it takes approximately 18 minutes to serve.
