Grill restaurant, KHOI opens in Hanoi – Grilled screws and fruit

It has been one month since the grill restaurant, KHOI opened in Hoan Kiem, Hanoi. The opening day was December 22 and the address is 67 Tran Hung Dao, Hoan Kiem District, City. Hanoi.  

The restaurant offers grilled food. The name of the restaurant, KHOI means smoke and smoked in Vietnamese. It means connecting with customers lasts for a long, just like a flavor of smoke. There is an open kitchen and customers can enjoy seeing the grill from the table. 

George Bloomfield is the executive chef, who is from Australia. Bloomfield has worked at a restaurant in Melbourne since he was 16. Through working experience at a Japanese restaurant and bars, he reached a conclusion to use this grilling system. 

The menu includes grilled scallops and apples (145,000 VND), roasted king oyster mushrooms with honey (60,000 VND), grilled aged pork” (525,000 VND), pancetta, sea urchin butter brioche, cashew nut, and lettuce salad. Pineapple Skewers (155,000 VND) and Grilled Melon (95,000 VND) are desserts. 

The opening hours are from 18:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Closed on Mondays.
