Restaurant, Chinh Thuy opens in Hanoi – Offering Vietnamese seafood

Seafood restaurant, Chinh Thuy opens in Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi on September 12. The address is 23 Ward Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Nguyen Du, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi.   

Event and bridal company, Chinh Thuy Palace group runs this restaurant. They opened their first restaurant in Tanh Hoa province in 2000. They offer Vietnamese seafood from port cities like Sam Son. 

On the first floor, there are some paintings and plants which visitors can imagine seaside resort. On the second floor, large illustrations of lobsters and fishermen adorn the walls. Tables seating 4 to 6 people are arranged on both the first and second floors, while the third floor and above feature private circular tables accommodating 10 guests each and a banquet room capable of hosting up to 20 people.  

The menu offers a variety of dishes, including Taraba crab, sea crab, freshwater crab, lobster, and shrimp, which can be prepared using various cooking methods such as steaming, grilling, and frying. Prices for these items may fluctuate seasonally. These dishes are creatively presented alongside vegetables designed with Vietnamese lotus flowers and bird-shaped cuts.  

Additionally, the menu includes options like grilled squid (599,000 VND), salmon (1,090,000 VND), Wagyu beef steak (799,000 VND), seafood hot pot (starting from 999,000 VND), clam stew, seafood gratin, escargot, crab soup, shrimp soup, Vietnamese Nom salad (seafood version at 199,000 VND, milk version at 359,000 VND), fruit plates, fried rice, and various noodle dishes.    

The opening hour is from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
